Alex trained at the British College of Osteopathic Medicine and has been with us for over 12 years at John Lant & Partners. She has two young children herself and has trained in treating children and babies with osteopathy, she also is trained in cranial osteopathy.

Helping out fellow osteopaths and practitioners in the area she has held continuous professional development events as well as patient led information evenings to help the community.

Having completed her training at the British College of Osteopathic Medicine she is now undertaking her masters in Clinical Biomechanics with a focus on gait analysis. Additionally, she has a diploma on naturopathy and incorporates this understanding of healthy lifestyle and nutrition as factors in treating somatic pain.

Similar to Alex she is trained in cranial osteopathy and in treating children and babies. She is a talented musician and can be seen regularly on stage in Cambridge and beyond.

Recently graduated from the British School of Osteopathy with distinction, we welcome Toby to the team. He was also awarded prizes for best overall academic performance in 2nd, 3rd and 4th years!

During my four year masters degree

I have enjoyed and gained a wealth of experience in helping people from all walks of life; including athletes, expectant mothers, the elderly and everyone in between! I also enjoyed a number of external clinical placements such as a homeless centre, paediatric clinics, HIV clinics, a GP practice and an exchange trip to Australia!

I find spending time with patients to understand their problem and helping to educate them on their symptoms and what we can do together to reach their goals rewarding. As a qualified gym instructor, I am also very keen on supporting patients with gentle exercises and stretches.

In my spare time I enjoy karate, rock climbing, baking and keeping up to date with recent research in Osteopathy and healthcare.
